Fitted exists to save you that time. We built it because we were tired of doing that ourselves.
Why we built this
We were job hunting and spending 45 minutes per application just tweaking resume bullets to match whatever keywords the posting used. It was tedious, repetitive, and felt like the wrong use of our time. The actual hard part of a job search is finding the right opportunities and preparing to talk about your work. Reformatting sentences to include "cross-functional stakeholder alignment" is not where your energy should go.
We wanted a tool that did the mechanical part well, so we could focus on the parts that actually matter. We couldn't find one we liked, so we built it.
Fitted is not a career coaching service. It is not a job board. It is a focused tool for one problem: matching your resume to a job description faster, without sacrificing quality.
What Fitted does
You upload your resume (or build one from scratch) and paste in a job description. Fitted uses AI to analyze both, then shows you how well they match and what to change. You get a tailored resume, a cover letter, interview prep questions, a reading level analysis, and a DOCX export. Free tools like the ATS score checker, ghost job detector, and AI Risk Score are available without spending any credits.
That's it. No career coaching platform, no social network, no recruiter marketplace. Just a tool that does one thing well.

How it works
Fitted sends your resume text and the job description to Anthropic's Claude AI, which analyzes the match and generates suggestions. We don't send your name, email, or contact info to the AI. You review the output and decide what to keep.
